Qu\u00e8 s\u00f3n?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">La humanitat sempre ha estat fascinada per les aurores boreals, uns incre\u00efbles espectacles de llum que il\u00b7luminen amb els seus colors el cel nocturn. Aquests esdeveniments tenen lloc fonamentalment als pols de la Terra: al Pol Nord s&#8217;anomenen aurores boreals, i quan tenen lloc al Pol Sud s\u2019anomenen aurores australs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">En aquest article explicarem com es formen aquests magn\u00edfics espectacles de llum, quins s\u00f3n els seus cicles, i farem refer\u00e8ncia a la formaci\u00f3 d&#8217;aurores boreals en altres planetes del sistema solar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><em><u><strong>Formaci\u00f3 de les aurores boreals<\/strong><\/u><\/em><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">El Sol est\u00e0 constantment emetent part\u00edcules carregades el\u00e8ctricament (plasma) que viatja a trav\u00e9s del sistema solar a velocitats alt\u00edssimes. Aquesta constant ejecci\u00f3 de part\u00edcules es coneix com a vent solar. Les erupcions solars (esdeveniments que no s\u00f3n previsibles) emeten una quantitat enorme de plasma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">A l\u2019apropar-se a la Terra, totes aquestes part\u00edcules es veuen atretes pel camp magn\u00e8tic terrestre. No obstant, abans d\u2019arribar a la superf\u00edcie, el camp magn\u00e8tic de la Terra les dirigeix cap al Pol Nord i el Pol Sud. En aquests llocs, les part\u00edcules aconsegueixen penetrar el camp magn\u00e8tic del planeta i entren en contacte amb les mol\u00e8cules presents a l\u2019atmosfera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Aquest contacte amb els diferents elements de l\u2019atmosfera crea els meravellosos espectacles de llum i colors al cel de v\u00e0ries regions de la Terra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><em><u><strong>Un cicle regular<\/strong><\/u><\/em><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Cada 11 anys apareixen al Sol el que coneixem com taques solars. S\u00f3n unes zones fosques a la superf\u00edcie del Sol que posseeixen un camp magn\u00e8tic milers de vegades m\u00e9s potent que el de la Terra. Aquestes taques solars tendeixen a apar\u00e8ixer en parella, i poden ser unes quantes vegades m\u00e9s grans que la Terra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Durant el temps en que estan presents, l\u2019activitat del Sol augmenta fortament, \u00e9s a dir, el Sol emet m\u00e9s plasma, i les erupcions solars s\u00f3n m\u00e9s freq\u00fcents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">En conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncia, durant aquests pics d\u2019activitat solar, s\u00f3n m\u00e9s freq\u00fcents i impressionants les aurores boreals (i australs) a la Terra, a causa de l\u2019augment de part\u00edcules carregades el\u00e8ctricament que arriben al nostre planeta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><em><u><strong>Qu\u00e8 causa la varietat de colors?<\/strong><\/u><\/em><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">El color de les aurores dep\u00e8n de les part\u00edcules amb les que interacciona el vent solar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Per exemple, els colors verds i grocs estan associats amb les col\u00b7lisions contra l\u2019oxigen, mentre que el vermell, blau i lila s\u00f3n el resultat d\u2019interaccions amb nitrogen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><em><u><strong>Aurores a trav\u00e9s del sistema solar<\/strong><\/u><\/em><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Les aurores no estan limitades \u00fanicament a la Terra. En efecte, l\u2019\u00fanic que es necessita per crear una aurora \u00e9s una atmosfera i una camp magn\u00e8tic. Altres planetes del sistema solar, i possiblement m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 d\u2019aquest, tamb\u00e9 experimenten aquest fenomen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Per exemple, els gegants gasosos (J\u00fapiter, Saturn, Ur\u00e0 i Nept\u00fa) tenen uns camps magn\u00e8tics molt potents, i unes denses atmosferes, que permeten la formaci\u00f3 d\u2019aurores. No obstant, com que les condicions varien a cada planeta, les aurores s\u00f3n diferents a cada un d\u2019ells. Durant els \u00faltims anys s\u2019han pogut fotografiar diverses aurores a cada un dels planetes mencionats anteriorment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter
