{"id":273,"date":"2021-03-06T11:37:00","date_gmt":"2021-03-06T09:37:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.cosmoespai.com\/cat\/?p=273"},"modified":"2021-03-06T12:36:47","modified_gmt":"2021-03-06T10:36:47","slug":"la-historia-de-lapollo-13-lexit-despres-del-fracas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.cosmoespai.com\/cat\/la-historia-de-lapollo-13-lexit-despres-del-fracas\/","title":{"rendered":"La hist\u00f2ria de l\u2019Apollo 13, l\u2019\u00e8xit despr\u00e9s del frac\u00e0s"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Si els \u00e8xits dels allunatges de l\u2019<em>Apol<\/em><em>l<\/em><em>o 11<\/em> i de l\u2019<em>Apol<\/em><em>l<\/em><em>o 12<\/em> van donar la impressi\u00f3 de que les missions a la Lluna eren f\u00e0cils, l\u2019<em>Apol<\/em><em>l<\/em><em>o 13<\/em>, llen\u00e7ada el 11 d\u2019abril de 1970, va posar en relleu els perills que comportaven aquests viatges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><em><u><strong>L\u2019objectiu de la missi\u00f3<\/strong><\/u><\/em><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Aquest hagu\u00e9s hagut de ser el tercer viatge de la NASA a la Lluna, i els astronautes James Lovell, Fred Haise i John Swigert s\u2019havien entrenat dur per a la missi\u00f3. L\u2019objectiu d\u2019aquesta missi\u00f3 era explorar la formaci\u00f3 de Fra Mauro, que \u00e9s una zona muntanyosa que els cient\u00edfics de la NASA sospitaven que s\u2019havia originat pel material llen\u00e7at des d\u2019un cr\u00e0ter despr\u00e9s de l\u2019impacte d\u2019un meteorit. La tripulaci\u00f3 de l\u2019<em>Apol<\/em><em>l<\/em><em>o 13<\/em> mai va aconseguir arribar a Fra Mauro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><em><u><strong>Problemes durant el vol<\/strong><\/u><\/em><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Al cap de nom\u00e9s 56 hores de vol, un tanc d\u2019oxigen que estava al m\u00f2dul de servei de la nau va explotar. Aquesta explosi\u00f3 va provocar fallades a diversos sistemes d\u2019alimentaci\u00f3, electricitat i suport vital del vehicle. Els enginyers de la NASA van constatar de seguida que no era possible reparar els danys, amb el qual el m\u00f2dul de servei no podria oferir el suport necessari als astronautes. Per sort, el m\u00f2dul lunar no es va veure afectat per aquest accident. Al ser una nau espacial aut\u00f2noma, disposava d\u2019una font d\u2019alimentaci\u00f3 i sistemes de suport vital propis, que podien mantenir als astronautes vius durant el temps en que, els controladors de la missi\u00f3 al Centre Espacial Johnson i a les instal\u00b7lacions de la NASA, buscaven desesperadament la millor manera de portar-los de tornada a la Terra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Mentre que els equips de la NASA treballaven, per tot arreu al voltant del m\u00f3n es va poder apreciar el desenvolupament del drama en temps real a tots els noticiaris de televisi\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Un dels majors problemes per la tripulaci\u00f3 era la necessitat d\u2019eliminar del petit m\u00f2dul lunar el di\u00f2xid de carboni exhalat pels astronautes. El subministrament limitat d\u2019hidr\u00f2xid de liti, que s\u2019utilitza normalment amb aquest prop\u00f2sit, no era suficient pel temps que tardarien en tornar a la Terra en la traject\u00f2ria de vol trans-lunar, que era la m\u00e9s segura per la tripulaci\u00f3. Encara que el m\u00f2dul de comandament disposava de m\u00e9s bombones d\u2019hidr\u00f2xid de liti, degut a la seva forma no eren compatibles amb l\u2019equip del m\u00f2dul lunar.
