Mart t\u00e9 les muntanyes, els volcans i les gorges m\u00e9s grans del sistema solar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><em><u><strong>El Mont Olimp<\/strong><\/u><\/em><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Un d\u2019aquests volcans \u00e9s el \u00abMont Olimp\u00bb. El Mont Olimp \u00e9s el volc\u00e0 m\u00e9s gran del sistema solar. Tamb\u00e9 \u00e9s el volc\u00e0 m\u00e9s jove de Mart, que es va formar fa aproximadament 1 800 milions d\u2019anys.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">El seu pic s\u2019eleva a una altura de 23 km, que \u00e9s m\u00e9s de dues vegades la de l\u2019Everest, el qual no supera els 9 kil\u00f2metres d\u2019altitud. El Mont Olimp est\u00e0 rodejat per una plana de gran extensi\u00f3. S\u2019observa que aquest volc\u00e0 est\u00e0 situat en una depressi\u00f3 de 2 km de profunditat. La base d\u2019aquest volc\u00e0 te un di\u00e0metre de 618 km, i posseeix una superf\u00edcie de 283 000 kil\u00f2metres quadrats, que \u00e9s comparable a la d\u2019Equador.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">A part, entre les caracter\u00edstiques de dins del volc\u00e0, veiem que la seva caldera t\u00e9 unes dimensions de 85 km de llarg, 60 km d\u2019amplada i casi 3 km de profunditat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">El Mont Olimp \u00e9s tan gran, que si ens pos\u00e9ssim arran de la superf\u00edcie de Mart, no podr\u00edem veure la forma del volc\u00e0 al complet. Encara que ens alluny\u00e9ssim, nom\u00e9s veur\u00edem un mur que ens semblaria un penya-segat enorme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Aix\u00ed com no podem veure tota la seva forma des del costat, tampoc la podem distingir des de la cima. Si ens situ\u00e9ssim al punt m\u00e9s alt del volc\u00e0, nom\u00e9s veur\u00edem una part de la pendent. No arribar\u00edem a veure el final, perqu\u00e8 el final es barrejaria amb l\u2019horitz\u00f3. Aix\u00ed doncs, l&#8217;\u00fanica manera de veure el Mont Olimp al complet, \u00e9s des d&#8217;una nau situada a l\u2019espai.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><em><u><strong>El Mont Aeolis<\/strong><\/u><\/em><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">El Mont Aeolis \u00e9s una muntanya de 5 500 m d\u2019altura que s\u2019eleva al mig d\u2019un dels craters de Mart. \u00c9s en aquest cr\u00e0ter de 154 km de di\u00e0metre, situat al Sud de l\u2019equador marci\u00e0, el cr\u00e0ter Gale, on va aterrar el robot Curiosity al 2012.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Els an\u00e0lisis portats a terme per aquest robot van revelar que la base del Mont Aeolis va ser el resultat de diferents sediments successius, doncs fa temps el cr\u00e0ter havia posse\u00eft un llac.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">En una \u00e8poca, el cr\u00e0ter hauria pogut estar completament ple de sediments, per\u00f2, amb el temps, degut a l\u2019erosi\u00f3 pel vent, nom\u00e9s va quedar un pic central: el Mont Aeolis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><em><u><strong>Valles Marineris, el \u201cGrand Canyon\u201d de Mart<\/strong><\/u><\/em><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">La gorja m\u00e9s gran del sistema solar es troba al planeta vermell. Valles Marineris t\u00e9 unes dimensions prodigioses. T\u00e9 3 500 km de llargada, 300 metres d\u2019amplada i 7 000 m de profunditat. En comparaci\u00f3, el Gran Cany\u00f3 de la Terra, situat a Arizona, t\u00e9 800 km de llargada, 30 km d\u2019amplada i 1 800 m de profunditat. El \u201cGrand Canyon\u201d queda molt petit davant de les grans dimensions de Valles Marineris.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">L\u2019origen de Valles Marineris encara \u00e9s desconegut, tot i aix\u00ed, la hip\u00f2tesis m\u00e9s acceptada proposa que la seva formaci\u00f3 va comen\u00e7ar com una esquerda que posteriorment es va engrandir a acusa de l\u2019erosi\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><em><u><strong>El Laberint de la nit<\/strong><\/u><\/em><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Noctis Labyrinthus, el Laberint de la nit, \u00e9s un impressionant laberint de profundes valls escarpades que es creuen entre elles. El Noctis Labyrinthus \u00e9s una part de Valles Marineris.
